Shipping policy

Shipping & Order Processing 

  • Popcorn Palooza ships throughout the United States using USPS as our third party shipping carrier.
  • Orders are only shipped nationwide, Monday through Friday. We do not ship nationwide on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. 

Nationwide Shipping Guarantee

  • Popcorn Palooza is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling from USPS
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package upon delivery.
  • Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather or operational delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
  • Popcorn Palooza is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or other natural causes beyond our control.
  • Weather and unforeseen circumstances can delay your shipment. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 1 business day before your desired date to allow for any delays.
  • When an order gets shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number
  • Please keep in mind some flavors may have chocolate incorporated.  Some chocolates may have melted when shipping to warmer climates or during summer months.  Place the popcorn in a refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes to restore to original state before enjoying.

Returns or Exchanges

  • Popcorn Palooza does not accept returns or exchanges.
  • We always strive to provide complete satisfaction to our customers.  If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within two days of receiving your package.  Our customer service team will work with you to ensure you are satisfied.

  • Popcorn Palooza accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express  

 Cancellations or Modifications

  • Orders may NOT be cancelled within three business days of the ship or pick-up date.  Please email info@popcornpalooza.com or call 678-336-9097  immediately if you have a cancellation or modification to your order.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.
